Cyndi and Kent Richards enjoyed shopping bin stores in their area for years, willing to wake up early and start waiting in line before the sun. With coffee in hand, they would wander through bin stores and dig through piles of products to find something good. After many early mornings as a customer, they realized they could do better.

The Richards decided that they should open a bin store and make it customer forward. Their big insight was that the search and the reward is what they enjoyed as customers. So Cyndi and Kent formed a plan to build the experience they desired as customers for their new store.

Jackpot Bins aims to make sure that everytime a customer takes the time to come in and shop that they will come away with an experience of looking around and finding something they didn’t realize they wanted. To top it off, Jackpot Bins wants that product to be high-quality and cheap to buy.
